When we decided to buy a house it truly was a daunting experience. But Doug was always ready to help us in whatever way he could and answer all of our (many!) questions. Doug Dailey is truly one of the best professional people I have met in the business. My wife and I have bought/sold 4 homes now and without a doubt he showed us the nuances that separates him from the rest. He took great care to make sure our house was priced right by looking up data and building a sales plan with us included. Oh, and by the way not only did we get the asking price, but we were able to get a substantial amount over it. Some of his tactics included offering a free year of warranty to anyone who bought the house (at his expense), sending out notecards in the area with our home's numbers and pictures attached, giving us information on how to set up our home to keep the eye of potential buyers, and setting up note cards within the house explaining the popular attractions within the area and what each room has to offer. We lived in our home for many years and needed some extra time to set up our move to Texas. He was able to negotiate a rent back that not only benefited us, but was to appease the buyers as well. One of the best things that I appreciated about Doug is that he offered his expert advice only when needed. But also listened to our needs in our last days living in the house for 34+ years. He was a pleasure to work with and would recommend him to anyone!
