To complement my full-time aspiration as a real estate broker, I am also a Washington state licensed provider of real estate appraisal services, giving me a unique insight into market value and conditions. My passion for architecture and design, coupled with extensive negotiation skills, provides me with a distinct perspective to be your advocate on your real estate journey. I personally know and have experienced the perils of the NW real estate market.
